this weekend i dropped my car on ground controls and stock shocks
i dropped about 3 in the front and 2.75 in back
i think i am going to lift it up a little.

my engine light popped on today about 2 days after i lowered it.
the suspension could not have anything to do with a engine light could it?

my buddy was riding my car at 5 in the morning just after we finished the drop
and ran over broken peaces of like a clay pot in the road.
im wondering if it could of hit something or cut a wire.
how do i find out what the engine light means .
i mean how do i get it to blink a certain code that tells me whats wrong?
and how do i know how many blinks it what.

anyone have this problem?

its prolly your scheduled maintenance. Does it blink or just stay on?

 

with a 3" drop your stock shocks are gonna last about as long as your tires...not long at all.

about the problem, 02 sensor maybe? (I am no tech, just a guess)

 

i also had this problem only myne didnt come on for a month after....its not the maintaince light...its CHECK engine, and its on all the time.
