if it's a log manifold you should be alright.
all depends on where the manifold places the turbo. Also matters what size downpipe you are going to run so you can clear the a/c compressor.

If you have an h23 i think you can also use a log manifold from a DSM, just drill some holes or something (need to further research as this is all i know about them)
i know log manifolds are terrible on h22s but not sure about h23s. make sure you do your research so you don't have to do things twice
