If I use any cam profile that is more agressive than stock cam, I'll change the valve train to match that new cam profile. You can get away with not replacing the valves unless you go boost big time.

What tuning/EMS measurments do you have? I personally wouldn't upgrade cams without some sort of supporting mods, and an EMS system such as hondata or chrome.

Upgrade CAMs without bumping up compression and revise the engine management to support the new CAM profile is point-less.

Yep, it's kinda like all or noithing. The bigger cam's really can't be utilized to their full capability without more fuel and the compression to burn that higher volume air/fuel mixture.

I would do the following: (if you want to use your "stage 2 cam's")
Skunk2 Tuner Stage 2's w/ cam gears
Valve springs and retainers (skunk2 or supertech)
RC 310cc Injectors
Hondata S300,Neptune RTP, AEM EMS, Chrome Pro
Port matched manifold, Throttle body
Thin headgasket or JDM ITR pistons
Nice, quality header/exhaust

But the most important thing is the tuning of the motor. I can't emphaize that enough!! Hope that helps!!
