ok so i found a 95 civic coupe on craigslist for 700 it has motor problems and im thinking get it take out motor and sell the motor then throw in a b18b with 75,000 that my brother has sitting in our shed and he has everything besides the shift linkage and have a nice dd with a nice ls for $2000 what do u all think heres some pics of the car it has no rust at all a nice rack on top and id keep it stock looking for a sleeper look

I'd go for it. Be sure to check for rust in the common Honda places if cars where you live commonly get rusted out.
