that'll be my guess. Only way it would break is if you have it way too tight. Try loosenin' it to the point where you still can engage the clutch. Hopefully that fixes the problem.

if it was used, it could just be bad luck. if new, then you have some serious binding issues somewhere. did they break in the same spot?

Take a look at your clutch pedal assembly, its most likely bent.
a freind of mine had this issue.

what kind of pressure plate are you running? my ACT beats the hell out of all of my clutch control components.

I used the OEM 90-91 Integra clutch cable on mine and it hasn't broken/stretched since.

yeah I think so. take a look at it first though.

and its not the pedal that bends, its the brackets or "pedal assembely" that the pedals pivot on.

Have you taken a good look at it yet?

look at this thread for reference https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=2199051

It should be obvious if infact that is your problem.
Personaly I dont think the pedal itself would bend, the pedal is made of like 1/4 inch on 5/16 inch steel and the bracket is 1/16 inch or 3/32 inch sheet metal

Are you using a OEM cable? I went through a bunch of cheap clutch cables in my CRX then went to OEM and never had a problem again.

Same here Geoff, the OEM cable was much better built, the imposter cable had a lot of plastic.

Ditto. At least I got all my cables for free (cept the OEM one I finally bought) since a birdie brought them to me.
