Not Getting Spark
I recently put a b16a2 motor into my 95 LS. this motor is from an obd2 civic si and my car is obd1.. i bought a brand new dizzy, new NGK wires, and an obd1-obd2 adapter from password JDM so it would wire to my harness. everything is connected and I am not getting any spark. before all this, I was going to wire my harness so that i would not need to use a dizzy adapter, then couldn't match all the wires properly so i decided to soder all the wires back together. There is one wire left, brown with a black line on it, that does not seem to have a match on the dizzy plug, but comes out of the harness.. would that have anything to do with my not getting spark? could this wire have been grounded into another wire before i was an idiot and cut into it? I am using the obd1 plug i cut off, every wire matched right back up, but i'm left with this brown/black wire. can someone look at there obd1 integra and tell me if they have a brown wire with a black line, and where it goes to? I heard it doesn't go to anything, but i don't see that the answer why would it be there then... any help would be appreciated, car has been sitting for a month and will not start, just cranks, i know i'm getting fuel, but i tested for spark and there is none..

Ah he has a distributor harness, I thought he meant ECU harness. My fault.
