Default Transmission help

I've got a problem. Has anyone ever had the problem where when you are not rolling the shifter moves freeley with the clutch pressed but when you are rolling it is hard to shift in an out of any gear. My guess is the clutch and i have no hydrolic lines leaking. Some times when i go to shift fron 4 to 5 i have rev the engine up a little to get it to go into 5th. If anyone can give me some advice i would appreciate it. I would like to do a clutch sometime and dont know what brand of flywheel or clutch to go with. Also i am a little confused on the ratings and that stuff, i dont know how old it is and it has 100000 on it. I bought it at 73000, and when i drained the trans fluid to see if its dirty and it was as clean as can be. So i dont think something in the tranny is bad. Wht do i do.

Sounds like your clutch needs to be bled/adjusted. How much free play does it have? Like how much can you push it before you feel resistance?

I actually had to put a new slave cylinder on it and i did bleed it out. Ahh ive always had the same clutch play befor and after. Its been like that since ive had the car. I have to me if feely like the clutch is not fully ungauged but the problem is only while im rolling. It started when i was parked at work in gear and i would try and push in the clutch to put it in nutral and it would stick and sometimes i would have to roll to get the car to let me shift it. It was weird. Now if it does that i have to rev up the engine and it will let me shift freely.

yes i put fluid back in my car. Im not stupid. But it was clean as hell when i drained it. And for the other question yes honda rec. that you replaice manual transmissoin fluid (and if you are trying to be smart, no i dont put red transmission fluid in a manual unless called for. im a technition for crying out loud.) every 90,000 miles.
