Default shifting problem. help!

something is wrong with my shifting. sometiems* when i leave it in first and let go of the clutch a little bit the car starts to shake, and its not because i let go of clutch tooo much, i usually do this but the car never shook this way before. and also all my gears are hard to put in sometimes. like when putting into 5th it feels like something is grinding. and when i wanna down shift to 4th or 3rd its very hard to put in, i have to shove it in. so im thinking its either low on tranny fluid, clutch is bad, syncro(sp) is bad, or my tranny is messed up. my car is at 96k and i bought it at 80k and not sure if its a new clutch or not. wut do u guys think is wrong?

Did you ask the previous owner if he/she changed the clutch. You said tranny fluid, so check it.

Sounds like the clutch is not fully disengaging. Check the fluid level in the clutch master cylinder. If low check for leaks at the clutch master and slave. My bet is that the clutch master is leaking, look under the dash, follow your clutch pedal up to the push rod that goes through the firewall.
