The shop manual actually states 4.5L w/new filter for the F22B1.
What I always do is drain the oil, replace the filter. Put in 4L of new oil, start the car for a few minutes, shut the car off, check the oil level and add what ever is necessary to reach the full mark. It's usually just shy of 1/2 a liter that I end up having to add.
<FONT SIZE="2">Edit*</FONT> read the manual wrong... It's 4.5 US quarts not Liters. So that is 4.3L
