Default which cams do u prefer?

I have come across two choices of Cams, JDM Ctr cams or Blox stage 3 HSL cams. which cams would be better for a stock compression GSR motor with upgraded valve train? can some one tell me the difference between these two?

A stock CR GS-R doesn't have enough to utilize the Blox stage 3's (or really anything much bigger than a ITR or CTR cam).

The BC3+ is an excellent cam for a low compression B-series.
