does the crack go right through? if not dont screw with it.

SS expansion is so crazy that by the time a manifold is welded there is alot of stress on the welds.

i have a crack like that on my lovefab manifold, unless its leaking exhaust i wont weld it.

cheers

Doesnt seem to be leaking yet but from the look of it, it seem like the cracked would get worst over time.

If possible i want to get it welded so i don't have to worry about it

just welding probably won't be enough. you'll need to remove some material so you can get more penetration

bolt it to the head, turn the heat up, and mig weld it. i'm sure it will be fine. it DOES look like its leaking slightly. catch it before it gets worse.

get yourself some motor mount inserts and a nice, long, floppy, flex section for your exhaust.

You should definitely repair the crack because it's certainly just going to spread and get worse. There are proper repair techiniques which involve cutting into the crack slightly, as well as drilling the ends of the crack to be sure it terminates.

Akira712, I don't know who you dealt with, but having sold as a sponsor on here I'll repair your mani free if you cover shipping. Same goes for you O.P.

thats great service man but my issue was i didnt want to send it away and wait for them to repair it and then send it back (and what will happen to it in shipping?), it was a time issue, and im local to another fabricator thats a honda-tech sponser, i told this to who i bought the mani from and the said "Alright, you can have him do it then if you'd like." took it and got it fixed then emailed them (a few times) and no answer, almost 3 weeks now.

I'll get you fixed up, no problem. I'll drill and terminate the crack, open the crack up with a small cutting disc, then penetrate it all I can...you should be good from there. The problem with cracks like this, is if you don't work hard to terminate them they'll return in the same spot. Generally drilling and gouging them a bit, then doing a full pass around them does the trick, so....should be all good from there.

Glad I could help

Maybe this year...just need the Delsol to be straight. Wish there were more E85 stations though...I'd have to tune on 93 to make the drive. Not to mention I'm too busy to leave town. I moved to a new location and since then my business tripled. I'd have emo kids crying in the fetal position if I wasn't available to answer the phone and answer their every car question and need.

I'll make it there one day...lol.
