Default Aftermarket reclinable seats for a tall dude (6 foot 3) in a CRX?

Does anyone have any recommendations for an after market reclinable seat to fit in my 91 Si? I'm thinking about getting one of Sparco's seats and making custom mounts for it.

I welded some integra buckets onto crx tracks they sat lower than the factory seats. It took a long time to get right. you could do something like that with the sparcos if your made of money.

another option is to get del-sol seats and swap the pan and rails. it will definetly lower the seat, downside is you can't put anything like an amp underneath.

I'm definitly not feeling other stock seats though. i think i'll go with a corbeau cr1 as they look liek they might be lower than stock. Then again so do most, if not all, of sparco's reclinables.

I'm pretty sure I heard on this forum that corbeu is the company that made the stock seats. I myself am your same height and I usually just push my butt forward a little, I got an afro so its always touching anyways.

if ur gonna spend some real money I "heard" on this forum that s2000 seats are lower then crx seats. But I hope u got at least 2k and some time haha. good luck, ill probably be I'm'ing u later to see how this goes. The seating bugs me a little also.

i think corbeau and sparco both have sidemount seats, so if you get sidemount brackets, that might help. As a side note, i am 6'4", and i have been thinking about this problem a lot. An interesting idea i had is to get a quick release steering hub, because that brings the steering wheel closer to me, giving my knees more room. i still wouldn't be able to "straight leg" to the pedals, but it would help a little i think. Other than the sidemount seats and quick release hub, the only thing that might help was already mentioned, and that is to just weld in new mount points for the seats farther back.

as a side note, i ran across this thread a moment ago.. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread/2296224
