First of all, the worst thing you can do when asking for advice is ask "how much boost can i run?" That question alone irks me more than anything i can think of at the moment.

Once you learn more about turbo setups, you'll realize that power goals are really the determining factor since PSI varies based on the turbo in question. Even then, setups are all different and yield different results.

On any stock B series VTEC engine, the safe range is 300-325whp on pump gas (91-94octane) although more has been achieved. If you have access to higher octane fuels such as race fuel or E85, more power can be made. There is a thread floating around the FI Forum (but you're going to have to search to find it) about the most power ever made on various stock blocks. I believe that it is well over 500whp on a stock B.

The best thing for you to do right now is outline your goals for your car, power goal, use for the car, and your realistic budget for this project. After that and a good amount of research on your part, we can help you make an informed decision about which parts to buy in order to meet your goals. Read the FAQ at the top of the page and troll around the forum for a while. There's a wealth of knowldge here if you pay attention and read it. If you have any questions, post them up and as always, if you would like, you can PM me.
