that nipple right under the main coolant line that connects to the radiator. where does that little nipple go to?

 

heater core, if you look there is a little arrow pointing to a hose

 

if you are talking about the nipple that you are pointing to? It goes to the throttle body, not the heater core.

the one with the red mark. that goes to the throttle body? the guy who installed my manifold saying that is the only nipple he doesnt know where it goes. he put a cap over it and tighten it down and coolant is dripping out. is that safe?

yaa it goes to the nipple thats under the throttle body which then goes into the iacv

 

there is coolant spitting out of it? coolant runs thru the throttle body?

yes dude. It stops the throttle from sticking on cold starts. Your question has been answered. If you look at the diagram you can see exactly where it goes. TO THE THROTTLE BODY
