so i was taking my stock headers of my d16y8 and i stripped to nuts completely any way i can do it without grinding it or thats the only way they are completely stripped
is the nut striped or the stud, but a 10mm should have gotten them off without a prolbem. you should try and get a pair of vice grips and clamp the nut and give it a good turn, same for the stud, if you may have striped that as well.

craftsman has a tool that removes stripped bolts, if it is the stud just keep trying to turn it the studs screw into the block, so they are able to be removed. if its really hard you can cut a slot in the stud and try to turn it out with a screwdriver.
you can also try to hammer on a smaller size socket onto the bolt and turn it out that way, gets locking lugs off. worth a shot.
