No on the power windows and power lock controls.

Keyless entry, Yes. (Plus you have to rewire two of the wires to get your dome light to work)

dome light problem is easy to fix.
The othe harness that you wont be using for your new radio, splice the lt. green/red stripe wire to the lt. green/black stripe wire and everything should work.

Scosche Industries makes wiring harnesses to help with a Civic install. My '97 Civic had no alarm or keyless entry, so I only lost the use of my dome light. I bought the HA03 to correct this. I didn't want to cut wires, so I bought this plug and took care of the problem.

My GF just bought a 98 Ex last night. No CD. I was thinking about just getting the OEM CD player or 6-disc changer. Where's the best place to obtain a factory CD player?

o.k., I have a 97 civic ex and I replaced the factory stereo in it.
Correct, the only problem you would have is the valet on the original honda keys but I see you have an aftermarket alarm.
Well, I have an aftermarket alarm too and my door locks AND dome light work fine. Good luck with the install.

Check the classifieds b/c that will be the best and CHEAPEST place to find one unless someone on ebay is selling one. Also you can post a WTB ad in the classifieds too.
