Default Ideas on what to buy

Hello,

I'm working on upgrading my 95 civic EX with a d16. I'm not sure if its OBD0,1, or 2 not sure how to tell either. Im buying a full turbo kit and planning on rebuilding the engine as well. My question is this. What will beifit me the most as far as ECU's or any other option out there?

Thanks for any comments.

I like my hondata s300 it will work on your obd1 car. i think your stock ecu is a p28. I figured out how to install and street tune my built car with minimal effort. I like all the options it has.
