All I can tell you is use leverage with a long bar to connect the Harmonic Pulley tool.

Thanks bro I understand that part sorry for being so broad.
I mean i have the breaker bar through the middle but what should I have going onto the toool?
LIke another breaker bar or someone standing on it...cuz the tool itself wont hold the pully still. something must keep it from spinning.

last one i pulled off, we had to get a 3/4inch 1000 ftlbs impact wrench and that still had a hard time busting it loose. but got the job done. sat there for a day with a 1/2 inch impact and didnt even budge

GOnna try my 675ft/lb 1/2 in on it today. If that dont work, then Im taking it back for a 1400 lb 3/4 in. Will let u know.

As for the tool, chain vice grips work, as well as the hex shape if u attach a 1/2in breaker bar to it. There should be a 1/2 in sqaure cut for the drive of the breaker bar.

as far as holding it still, i used a screwdriver in the flywheel teeth the first time and the second time i had someone pretty much stand on the brakes.

Are you talking about the, don't quote me, but "key"? Yes there should be one.

Oh and when I took my crank pulley off 2 months ago I had a 7 foot pipe and 2 extensions on my 1/2 drive ratchet resting on a jack stand. I was practically hanging on the pipe and finally got it off after 5 or so atempts. It was none the less, a pain in the ***.
