Default Oil in Air Intake pipe Normal?

Taking off my K&N air filter off to clean it and noticed some oil gathered into the out side of the filter as I was taking it off about 1/32 of a quart looked a lil milky. (maybe lil oxy+lil rain from filter) I have the vetilaztion tube hooked up from the valve cover to the intake arm and intake is at a down hill configuration towards the filter so kinda make sense if some of the oil from the engine got caught in it and was supose to circulate back into the TB and into the engine...just thought I would see if my assumption is right...
