I'm currently having the motor built. Here's the setup.
b18b block:
Eagle H beams
JE 9:1 pistons
OEM bearings
Balanced crank
B16 head:
Supertech valve train
P&P
multiangle valve job
Turbo:
Garret 60-1
Turbonetics log mani
3 inch DP
3 inch exhaust
Hondata s200b
There's more stuff but here's the most important things. My goal is eventually going to be around 425whp on my LSVT build, but what do you think it will make the way it is right now? I'm hoping to be at least around 380 whp for now then up to 425 or so after a ramhorn and a victor x intake mani. What cams would you guys use for something like this, or should I just stay on the stock b16 cams?

Why GSR over b16? Yeah, I'm gonna ditch the Log as soon as I have more cash that I can use for it. I'm gonna try to find one that's AC compatible, but if I can't (or can't afford it) I won't worry about it.
i would go with the inline pro cast mani, its made over 700whp on one setup so its good enough for you, yeah b16 cams are pretty much at the bottom of the stock b-series cams, gsr or itr's will help it move air more efficiently. but dont get me wrong you can do it with stock cams no problem.
well my b16 made like 415 on 15 psi and its just got 9:1 pistons, gsr cams, a victor x intake mani, and a custom ram horn. so you should have no problem at all making 425. just depends on the capabilities of the tuner. but thats just my 2 cents.
I hate the old scool s200 after s300 came out.
but that is my opinion as a tuner.
With the new v4 program it will work just as well.
Your setup looks sweet.
You dont need the Port and polish for your hp goal, but if you do only look for the most reputable shop, and not some backyard porters.
get yourself the inline pro manifold, or the F-R ramhorn.
(with the F-R ram, and example a .82A/R you can take advantage of the scavenging with the s2s1 or s2pro1 cams)
I have not used the inline before but Ive seen good results.)
Also think about calling Tony (T1) or Jeff Evans to a tuning apointment.

Thanks for your input. I am having the motor built by slowmotion motorsports here in Columbus, they specialize in modified hondas so hopefully they know how to properly P&P a head. Other than datalogging and such, what is the s300 going to be able to do that the s200 can't do as far as tuning? It's going to be tuned by Corey Parish at Slowmotion aswell. Thanks, Ramsey.

It's hard to say exactly man, but make sure to read the forum rules, people ask this all the time. Search for similar setups and see what they make thats the best I can say, or anyone can do here. Strap it on the dyno and find out, the "e-dyno" is never accurate. good luck.
