Where can I get a drop in for my 96 teg? Ive looked everywhere (local and online) but no one seems to have them, I figured this would be the EASIEST part to get ahold of...

You're looking for the E-2427? Go to K&N's website...they list authorized online dealers there, that's where I found the place where I bought mine from. It was cheaper than buying it at a local store, but it is still kind of expensive. I think I paid around $70. Good luck.

 

I lie options auto better (comptech) cuz it's only 65 from them. is the K&N piece a drop inn or is that the one you have to modify?

The E-2427 is a drop in filter made specifically for the G3 Integra...there are other K&N filters that will fit in the stock air box, which are cheaper, but they have to be modified.
