suspension help please
Right now I have comptech sport springs 1.3" drop (front and rear), and I'm running stock struts. I also have a neuspeed 4 point front strut bar.
Right now I think my car handles like crap. I think it could handle much better but I'm not sure how to get to the promise land.
Should I:
1) Get an adjustable coilover kit and new struts
2) Get new springs and new struts
3) Just get new struts and install a rear strut bar or sway bar
Help me out man! I know engines pretty well but I've got a lot to learn about suspension and how different components affect the driving characteristics fo the car.

you could spend $800 and get a tokiko coilover kit, or just mix and match stuff.
I am getting ground controls and tokiko illumna's installed on tues, so I can let you know how it rides.
A front and rear strut bar will just settle the car down. It doesn't help with cornering as much as general bumps.

If you want overall better handling, I'd switch out to some more aggressive springs that lower your car about 1.5~1.7 inches. Match them with nice shocks, like koni yellows, and add a camber kit. Then do the ITR sway bar upgrade. Your car should handle much better. You might as well get some sticky tires while you're at it.
But if budget is limited, I'd just get the ITR sway bar, and aftermarket shocks.
