What the hell was that? Turn off caps lock, and use proper sentences and paragraphs. No one will read that.

WTF....I'm sorry, I only read the first 3 lines of your post but here is my answer for them.

A real N/A build is not an easy slap together and go build. In my eyes a turbo is just that. All you need is a turbo, a good tuner and you can slap one on anything. If your looking for answers on how to slap together a grocery list motor for a turbo. You should check out the forced induction forum. You will probably get more people to answer what ever questions you may have hidden within this mess of a post. FYI Caps locks are very annoying to read and in relation too online etiquette ALL CAPS are used to display someone YELLING!

Cheap, Fast, Reliable. Pick two. You cant have all three. You can be cheap and Fast but it wont be reliable. You can be Fast and reliable but it wont be cheap! If you want Cheap and reliable you should keep it stock.
The best way to do your set up. Bang for buck. Is to convert it to obd1 and run crome. You will need a socketed obd1 ecu, distributor (obd1), and a jumper harness. And pay a someone to tune it. You are also going to need injectors. DSM 440's are inexpensive and a good start for a street set up.
If you got 1200 in you block why would you want to run a fmu and a piggy back. That type of engine management is very dated and just plain stupid.
