I do not have the kickpanel diagram so I cant tell exactly what the fuse is for. But I do know that the fuse is connected with the key chime, and shifter locking mechanism. I replace the fuse, and the fuse holds for about 10 seconds before it blows.

The fuse is located on the bottom row, second fuse (from left to right). Can somebody tell me what their diagram says?
