Bad constant, which fuse is constant?

Bad constant, which fuse is constant?
So I was told that the constant for the radio and the cig lighter port use the same fuse. Which fuse is it that these share? Neither one work, and the diagram on the fuse panel cover doesn't show one unless it's the Accessory socket, but it's listed as ACC.
