its a 97 4 door and the back doors wont open both of them the car has an alarm and when you hit the button the locks dont work either but i can manualy move them. any ideas? also is there anyway to get the door panel off with the doors not open?

 

so you're saying that the two back doors opens only when you manually unlock it right? if that's the case, i had the same problem. mines had to do with the alarm. try taking it back to the place where you got the alarm installed, maybe they could help.
