Default sparkplug ?

Is it true that u can run more timing with a colder plug on a allmotor setup? bkr7e-11 NGK is the plugs im about to put in, my b16 has about 12.5.1 compression. If the statement above is tue, should I advance the timing on the distributer a lil more?

2* of timing is gonna be negligible, as in, you won't notice it.
