Default Tachometer is dead

The tach died on my 92 prelude, the ecu burnt two weeks ago due to some wire touching the battery and another piece of metal by the engine bay, so I replaced the ecu and some fuses but the needle for the rpm's won't move at all, everything else is fine, anyone knows where the tach is wired to?

there is a blue wire coming from the igniter in the dizzy, that goes inside to the tach.

mine got disconnected and everything ran fine but the tach didn't move
