Default P30's on Eagle h beams??

I am helping a buddy build a mild all motor set up, and need some help.

We orderd new p30's in 20 over, and we had a set of eagle h-beams. It is an ls block with b16 head. Now the problem were having is that the eagle h-beams are designed to be a full float rod, and the pistons dont have slots cut in them to use the clips to hold the pins in.

Do people ever use this combo?? How do you do it??

Do i have to get differnt bushings put into the rods?? or can someone machine the slots for the clips into the pistons??

Thanks in advance

return your pistons and buy the RS/Saftey Pistons they are compatible with Aftermarket or oem rods
