Default bought a teg. where should i start before i get it running?

ok so i just bought this integra its 1992 i'm officially the 2nd owner of this thing. its pretty clean inside and out just a bit crusty. the car has been registered as a non-op since 2001 because the car suddenly stopped running and the previous owner had replaced the ignitor wires and plugs. Since then hes bought newer cars and no longer cared about this teg.

Anyway, seeing as this car hasnt been on the road since 2001 id like to get some ideas from you guys as to what i should change first before i even try cranking the engine over.

i've come up with this list:
oil change
coolant change
timing belt and water pump, thermostat
and belts and spark components

but what else??? i'm planning on having a look see inside the gas tank cuz its still has a half tank left from 01 so i guess flush the whole fuel system???

thanks for your input. i'm pretty much going to keep it the way it is, just throw in a short shifter, lower it and change the tired clutch and flywheel in place for a new clutch and lightened flywheel. Screw intakes and exhaust and anything else. i just wanna keep it clean. my last car was a 4 door civic i had intstalled a gsr into but by the time i sold it i didnt care much for vtec. and in case you were wondering i picked this baby up for 6 bills.

if its been sitting that long your battery is probably garbage. get a new battery.
you should really concern your self to get it running before any mods.

oh i know thats my priority. started checking the wiring everything looks good, and resistance is within spec on everything. i already have another pr4 cuz the previous owner said it it might have been faulty so before i start doing that i'm gonna change the timing belt and oils today hopefully i'll get it started by this weekend.

^you've gotten off to a good start. maybe check the bushings and such in addition to the major maintenance issues? GL

also new tires because if they sit on the ground for to long they go flat. thats why they say when you not driving a car for a long time to leave it on jack stands and take off the tires.

X2 and if you get it running i would do a compression check to see if the motor is good

everything on the was clean. previous owner was a great man who took this car to dealer for every service

Better hope there was no gas in there....first things first before anything drain the fuel tank/replace the pump(if needed)/fuel filter/clean the fuel rail/new injectors(if needed) there's probably a crap load of rusted gas in that tank, do a complete tune up to, wires/plugs/cap/rotor/oil change/oil filter/o2 sensor/ maybe new hoses? Make sure there was a timing belt done if your 100xxx++. Aint really need to do any of those, but if you want to prelong the life of your car its a must Clean teggy btw, how much you got it for?
