Default Teg not starting up

So Teg will not start. Problem started when the car would not idle and I needed to give the car gas to stay on, we fixed it by changing plugs, distributor cap, and cleaning the fuel injectors by spray carb cleaner and starter fluid at it. Car runs, drive to work fine, start the car to go home fine, midway into the drive, car stalled when put in neutral and did the same thing again. Check on the car again and the spark plugs are very black again. I was looking around and the coolant was really low. I just recently filled it up about a month ago. What would cause the coolant to be really low and the spark plugs keep turning black? Because solving those issues might let the car start up again. Car is a 95 4DR RS Integra with a b18cr 96 spec motor.

So the car is running rich leaving deposits on many sensors and the idle air control valve. What could it be that would cause the car to run so rich?
