Default Oil light on but oil pressure ok?????\

just as it says , my oil light comes on, but on my defi pressure gauge im good, around 45 psi at idle and anywhere from 60-80 when i get on it, STUMPED , HELP

oil pressure sensor needs replacement? check connection harness?

yes and the sensor is good , as welll as the connection.

how do you know the sensor is good? did you switch it with another one?
