D16Y8 OBD2b ECU pinouts for the primary O2 sensor?

I believe my harness is messed up and I was wondering if anyone had or knew where to get the ECU pinouts for the primary O2 sensor....

C1 & C16 are labeled on that. C18 should also be the ground for it. And the last wire is the Yellow/Black wire that is tied in with quite a few different sensors (like the injectors).
