Default '94 Civic LX Power Loss

Ok, quick question. I have a 1994 Civic LX Sedan, with about 190k miles on it. I just replaced the plugs, wires, distributor, cap, rotor, and put a short ram intake on it.

Upon starting up, especially on a humid day, I will notice a loss of power after about 1 minute of driving. It will go away after about 2 minutes. If I press the pedal to the floor, it will surge and accelerate again. But for those 2 minutes, those are my only options, full throttle, or a sluggish motor that will not accelerate. It will go away on its own after about 2 minutes, but it seems that if I keep the engine floored, it will go away quicker. Any suggestions? I've tried to list every symptom that I can think of here.

Anything will help, its pretty annoying. Thanks!
