Fastest Times ?

I wanna see peoples fastest times with the least amount of Horse Power. Lets show people Its about setup not all HP.

Ive ran a 13.2 with 250hp/ 200tq . not sure if thats good for horsepower but lets see what other people

More torque than horsepower? What's the setup?
