Is this true ?

With each .1 gain on the 60ft, you gain .2 on your ET on the 1/4 ?

its an aproximation... but most people will say that it is true....
Depending on the weight and power of your car, the results can vary...
(in other words, its not guaranteed)

It is a good "general" rule. May not be exact always.

I've heard the same before, like the gemtleman said before, it's approxmite. My personal experience has been as follows: 2.2 60' with a 15.0 E.T. and a 1.9 60' and a 14.40 E.T.
