setup is as follows:
ls/vtec
81mm wiseco 8:1
eagle rods
stock head w/itr valvespring
t4/60-1 84a/r hotside 70a/r coldside p-trim
tubular mani
38mm wastegate
3'' intercooler piping
tuned on crome pro
im trying to figure out iof thats good for 400 whp on 15 psi. i see alot of similar setups with smaller turbos make close to that goal on lower boost. the motor will be reving to 9k. thank you for your input.

Why does it matter if its at 15psi?
If you make that power at 13psi, or 22psi, its still 400whp regardless...
Psi is just a number, should be almost irrelevant in your goals.
Does it change anything if someone says yes or no?

Agreed, why are you so concerned with 15psi?
The answer to your question though is yes, but most likely not with that setup.
I made 380hp @ 14psi with a LOG manifold, and 2.5'' DP. My plan this summer is to switch to a EL manifold (ramhorn) and 3'' DP. I know for a fact this will put me over 400 @ 14psi. The reason I got this number is because I have higher compression (9.8:1) and 01 ITR cams, which really helped. Regardless I wouldn't be too concerned with your PSI level. Just take it to a good tuner and let him work his magic, whatever PSI level he is comfortable with will be the PSI you need to run your motor @.

Go to the dyno and let us know how it does. We don't allow e-dyno or guess the power threads.
PSI does not equal power. There are a lot of things that come into play.

We wont know what you'll make at 15psi, but boost controllers are cheap...pick one up if you're really concerned with making 400whp.
