I have been researching them as well and although I don't have Graf's first hand experience, everything I have found seems to point towards the best bang for the buck out there.

these really handle awesome if you set it at the optimal height. The spring rates are well tuned and it rides pretty good, - not as good as Bilstein PSS9's, but then you get more adjustability.
You can literally drop it to the frame with these coilovers if you wanted to...

How do these compare to the HKS Hipermax III and the Zeal Function X setups?
I am looking for something will good dampening adjustability and also some that i can get re valved here in the states. I have been kind of leaning towards the N+ but I have been talking to a friend that has these on his RSX as a backup to his Zeal and the lower perches on the front of his like to work their way loose.
For four years the stock suspension has been good, and i think it still is good. It could just use improved upon a little. My car isn't a DD so I am not too worried about the harshness of the ride really. My car is used for auto x and track days more than it is driving on the street. But I didn't really want to break the bank with a $2,000+ setup either. And I can get the N+ for $944 to my door.
