Default Summertime mods

No more grueling school schedule mean I can have a grueling work schedule and start affording things for my S

I was thinking about it and wondering what everyone else might be doing to their S this summer.

Me:
Second set of AP2 v1 with 225/45/17 (F) 255/40/17 (R) Falken RT615
OEM rear lip spoiler and maybe side strakes

either GC coilovers (haven't decided on the spring rates) with Koni yellows
-or-
Bilstein PSS9 coilovers

Single exhaust maybe

The wheels are rear spoiler are a must, the rest are maybes.

What are you guys doing?

I think the single exhaust and the blistien coilovers should be a must

Im trying to finaly settle on the rims I want that give my car the stance I want. Come june I should have my spoon replica snorkle and samco induction hose for my intake set up. Then hopefully get a new softop with glass window or say [freak] it and get a hardtop. Myabe a 70mm throttle boddy plus emange and tune.

I really want the spoiler, and I'm trying to decide if I should pay off the debt I owe on the car ahead of schedule... I mean if I work insane hours I could pay it off and cut my work hours even more over the school year, but I would also like to keep up on the back roads with my friend's S. I'm also thinking about 4.77 gears.

where do you people work?

I'll probably get a test pipe, maybe get the windows tinted a little. Nothing crazy. I may have to get new tires before the end of the summer.

I'm getting married in June, so thats where $8k has gone so far in the past 4 months

Repaint and put together the rest of my turbo kit. Probably tune the car for now until the turbo kit is ready to be installed.

It seems like your doing your first mods to the car, and I would just tell you from my experience that the best mods on my car to date are the 4.56 gears in a fully built diff and the KWv3's, hardtop is right up there as well. Good luck!

How much do KWv3's run these days? I was thinking about them, but I saw they were around 2500

no, but if I hadn't crashed, my plans were ASM front bumper, ASM fenders, ASM rear overfenders, and Mugen HT and some +10mm wheel spacers, all in time for Eibach.

I'm at work right now. The car is at my mechanic on the lift. Going to assess damage and then probably get a mechanical quote + body shop quote.

From May 1 - Sept 1

1. Exhaust
2. Strut Bar (I don't know why but I have a weird passion for strut bars)
3. Springs
4. Start Saving for some Volk CE's

then my bday rolls around mid Sept and I have the best girlfriend in the world so hopefully a nice bday gift will be added lol
