Default how much should I ask for my built EJ8?

What's up guys? I'm trying to get an idea of how much I should ask for my granada black EJ8. specs and pics below (I know i'll be leaving some stuff out)

1996 Honda Civic EX
Granada black pearl
B16A swap with less than 9k miles on rebuild
9:1 wiseco pistons
Eagle rods
ARP head studs/rod bolts/etc.
polished crank
cometic headgasket
valve job
supertech inner springs and retainers
GSR cams
S2000 throttle body
port matched intake manifold
Del Sol VTEC transmission
Exedy stage 1 clutch kit
lightweight flywheel
lifetime warranty autozone axles
prothane mount inserts
skunk2 coil overs
LS meshies on Kumho ecstas

I've changed the oil about 4 times in 9k miles.
the engine was broke in properly.
I literally drive the car like an old lady.
It was never boosted as planned.
currently it has no A/C or P/S but I have everything in the garage.

exterior needs a little work to be perfect.. but overall the car is clean.

I should say start at 6500 and see if any one bites. If not lower it.

Yea I would start at 6 and just go down from there. Im sure there is someone that would be more than willing to pay that with all that it has done swap wise.
