My civic hatch was found. The [freak]ing thieves stole my

ECU P28
AEM air intake
Radiator
Oil cap
Speakers
Distributor assembly
Carbon fiber duck bill
rear view mirror
They managed to drive the car by cutting my brand new Sparco steering wheel and cut the alarm wire and the chain on my tires.
somebody needs their hatch to look like mind I guess.
Happened in Bay area. Found after a week and cops did not bother calling me. useless cop. no finger printing done. I wish they can do more investigation becasue I have all the prints on the steering wheel and the rachet they use. I wish I can put the picture but I am having problem attaching it.

 

At least you still have your engine.

Isn't there some private way to get prints done or something? There should be some legal or private way to push for the investigation. Anyways, you got your shell, engine and tranny back, investigate all your possibilities before touching her too much.

Yeah I guess is not too bad. I have some parts left over. I am actually putting the car in stock and selling it after that. But It cost me a lot to get it back from the towing company over $800 and the parts they stole from me at least $1500.00.

sounds like they went through a lot of trouble to steal it. so anyone use LOJack? Is it still around? I'm in Tacoma WA which is high on the list of car theifts. My GSR was stolen a few years ago.........

 

Damn dood. That's some whack shiet I got my car jacked too. Found it the next day in a neighborhood. Was such a shitty feeling when you don't see the car.

 

thats shitty dude i just had my car stolen.. they pushed it out of my works parking lot with another car after they broke my window and ignition... then pushed it down the street and took alot of the same stuff they got from you.(rims, cf wing, rear view mirror, tools, ipod, skateboard, sunglasses, and some other random stuff.) at least the cop that found my car called me and let me go get it and he also dusted for prints in multiple areas. sorry about your loss though... i know the feeling.

 

did the cops find the person stole your hatch? after getting finger prints.
