Default D15b head on a6 block will not enagaing vtec lose much power?

Basically as the title says have the oppurtunity to purchase a built D15b head has a skunk2 stage 2 cam in it valve spring retainers and has some porting done as well. I would like to run it in my zcsohc powered teg.

Would i lose much power not engaging vtec? Skunk2 stage 2 cam shouldn't be to bad would it?

Cheers for any help.
