I just got my mugen lip into the shop that works on my car today so i went down to drop off my bumper to get it painted and installed, but the lip didnt have the slits on the bumper. It had the form of them, but didnt actually open up (the holes or slits on the right and left side at the bottom). Do they have to be cut out? Please help cuz its going to get painted soon of not already.

That's how it's supposed to be, I beleive there should be stickers that came with it to give off the appearance of open slits (don't quote me on that)
