I recently got keyless entry installed in my car (which didn't have power locks to begin with) and after picking up my car my power windows and mirrors don't work. this is for a '94 integra.

i took off the door panels thinking maybe they just left the switch unplugged. well, it's plugged in. I checked for voltage at the molex plug and i got NOTHING. so i checked all window fuses and they are all good. so i checked voltage at the fusebox (in the power window slots) and i get no voltage.

so now what is my next step?

by the way, YES i did check the voltage at the fusebox with the key in the accessory position.............(before anybody asks)

Hmm i'm not sure if they would of undone the harness's but you could check very easily.

Have you considered taking it to the shop that installed them and telling them after the install your stuff doesn't work?

 

what harness?

oh, and yes i considered it.....but the are closed on sunday, they installed my stuff saturday, but i picked up my car after hours........so i won't be able to talk to anyone until tomorrow (monday).

also, i live an hour away from them and i work the same hours they are open......except for saturday (i'm off, they're open). so i'll have to wait another week before i can bring it back to them.

to make a long story short, i would love to just fix it myself and avoid the hassle of taking it back......nonetheless, if i fix it myself or not, they will still hear from me!
