Default Need help ASAP!! No start

Ok i have a 1989 Honda crx si, Just swapped a d15B vtec into it.

I went with the obd 0 to obd 1 jumper wired the obd1 dizzy up, wired 4 wire o2, vtec, and a apexi vafc II vtec controller.

finished everything up the other day ran like a top no problems what so ever.

On my way home last night i had my radio blarring an the subs going noticed my voltage was going down but b4 i could turn the radio down it seemed like someone flipped a light switch and nothing was working lights radio heater and i felt the car starting to chug.

So first thing this afternoon went out and started the car everything seemed halfway normal besides the battery being low, so i went and got an altenator.
installed it, went in to fire the car up the temp guage was all the way up no key on or nothing so i tried to start it an it doesn't do anything nothing in the interior works besides the vtec controller

i tried charging the battery and that only took about ten mins an it said i had a full charge, tried plugging in my radar detector (it has a voltmeter on it) it turned on for just a second an it was reading 7.9 volts.

jumped the starter an it just cranks over will not start even with key on

can anyone help me? let me know if you have any questions for me, an any help would be greatly appreciated...
