what tools? - TB spacer and gaskets, and IM gasket installation

does anyone know what exact tools i will need for the installation? basically, i need to know if i'm going to HAVE to use wrenches or not. TIA

A torque wrench for 16ft.-lbs. of torque
-12mm socket
-13mm socket
-Philips screwdriver
-flathead screwdriver.
-needle nose pliers

of course you HAVE to use wrenches!?
