Default Emergency help needed!! Wiring Q's...

Side note: This car is new to me. I'm finding random things wrong that were never fixed right...It definatlely had a motor swap done, then was put back to stock.

I just installed the rear main seal in my '90 Civic Si. Got everything back together, and noticed some wires hanging. What the pic is showing is : green/white, red/white, and yellow/green wires had shrink tubing on them, but the wires were exposed as if they were connected somehow.
The other three wires that are in the lower left corner are: one for the oxygen sensor(white wire) and the other two go to the tranny. I had a CEL come on after the install, and it was not on before, so it has to be something with these wires, I just don't know what goes where... Since I am a new member, I can only do the 5 post per day thing, so if you can email me (If that's even allowed), it would mean a lot to me. I need to get this car smogged Monday, so this is the worst time for this to happen. Somebody here must know... I appreciate the help...

red/white and green/white go to the coolant temp sensor for the ECU which is located on the end of the head below the distributor - the yellow/green is for the temp gauge sensor, which is right next to the other coolant temp senor on the head - i assume you are getting code 6?

Hey, I just wanted to say thanks! That was exactly what I needed. The harnesses were just about ready to be trashed, but I took some extra time to save them as best as I could. The CEL is off and the car runs as it did normally. I honestly was expecting to not get any help, at the least, not so soon. I definately appreciate the quick reply. Thanks again!
