Default Viper 5900 help

Okay. Never done this. I'm looking at the componets, and getting familar with everything before I touch anything. I read through the whole installation guide. Read suspendedhatches write-up. But some wires are common sense, (siren wiring) while others I have no clue what to connect it to.

The manual states where all wires go and what they do. Depending on your setup and car, you'll use only a few of them and also mod a few of them as in adding diodes.

Or you can do what I basically did to get started, take it to an installer have them install it and make it your own later.

Post the Make, Model and year of your car.

red/white is an optional trunk popper output. It requires a relay and an actuator.

Did you read my write-up on this site, or the site in my sig?

The key to a good install is how well you plan it and install it. I not sure of your mechanical skills but If I was you i would have it done by a installer that knows what there doing. Reason one is but don't take me wrong is that you read the instructions and did not understand most wires. And dei instructions are the best out there.
