has anybody experienced a sticking problem when fully closed and if you have, have you found anything that has corrected the problem?

 

Skunk2 pulled all there throttle bodies off the shelf that werent already sold because of this. All the 68mm have this problem. What i did with mine when i first got it was take some sand paper into the bore and take off little bit of it. That should help you a little.
