k24 vs k20 rods??

Whats the differance between these rods????

I have a k20, and this guy has k24 H beam rods very good price.

Is there a difference in these...Will it even work?

ummm lets start with the center to center is not the same.
Different stroke cranks between the K20 and K24.

Of you want H beam rods for the K20 IM for details.
